  8. This archive contains 4 folding special effect sessions for Wildfire7.
  9.  
  10. As there are two methods using Wildfire (linear and non-linear) there
  11. are two sets of scripts. The linear scripts work like the non-linear
  12. scripts, but using the non-linear scripts you can see a realtime preview
  13. of the effects.

  55. 1. Introduction

  58. Wildfire7\PPC is the successor of Wildfire5\PPC. There are lots
  59. of new features - some of them are unique - but the important
  60. thing to mention here is that Wildfire7\PPC is totally easy to
  61. understand to anyone and user-friendly !
  62. But it's not just an old program with a new GUI - we have
  63. completely rewritten almost any part of it.
  64.  
  65. Some of the features are:
  66.  *easy to use MUI-Interface with lots of previews
  67.   and extensive drag&drop operations
  68.  *powerful Converter (MPEG/QT/AVI/YAFA/IFF/Image-Sequences)
  69.  *linear and nonlinear effects system
  70.  *real 3D-effects (including lightsourcing, phong-shading,
  71.   transparency, alpha-rendering)
  72.  *more than 120 PlugIns
  73.  *direct support for PPC and CyberGraphX
  74.  
  75. The only restrictions of the demo version are:
  76.  *saving of any images/animations isn't possible
  77.  *loading of QT/AVI animations isn't supported for copyright reasons
  78.
